What Me takes off your plate
Me works behind the services your business already uses. You and your AI assistant talk to it; it does the rest.
Business and personal spaces
The business is its own space, and so is each person's personal life, with their own data, accounts and rules. The database keeps them apart, and today each space has its own sign-in.
- An admin role and policies with limits on what people and assistants may do
- An admin invites colleagues into the business space by email
- Leavers lose business access and keep their personal space
- One sign-in and one view across your spaces Planned
Everything that comes in, in one place
Outlook (your mailbox and the shared ones), Gmail, Teams chats and channels, texts and voicemail, gathered behind the scenes, one conversation per thread. New mail and Teams messages arrive within seconds when your system has its secure public link, or every 2 minutes without one. Replies still go out from your own apps.
- Voicemails are saved and matched to the caller once their number is confirmed
- Voicemail transcription Planned
Reach it from wherever you are
Ask your AI assistant. Text or email the system from your own verified phone or address; you get a notice, and the answer waits in your inbox. When a workflow needs a decision, it asks you by email, or by text when it's urgent, and you reply in plain words.
- Talking to it from Teams Planned
Workflows that run themselves
"Whenever an unusual charge posts, open a task." "Every Tuesday at 7, take out the trash." Multi-step workflows wait, remind and carry on by themselves, through restarts and daylight saving.
- Everything automatic runs as the person who set it up, and is checked again each time it fires
Attention instead of noise
Everything has a level: handled, waiting for you, or interrupt. Only interrupts reach out, by text or email with the details kept in your inbox, and only you can close one. Your AI assistant mentions pending items before anything else.
- Teams @-mentions as attention items Coming soon
Money, watched
Bring in bank statements and ask where the money went, by category or by payee. Importing the same statement twice never doubles anything.
- Charges far above normal are flagged; bills raise their hand before they're due
- Invoices are checked for duplicates
- Payments are prepared, then made only with your passkey (against a simulated bank today; real banks are planned)
Calendar
Your Microsoft 365 agenda and free time, and new events on your own calendar, after a one-time sign-in.
- Microsoft 365 or Google calendar, one sign-in each
Approvals and hand-offs
Anything consequential waits for your yes, and critical actions need your passkey.
- Your assistant with its own limited access Coming soon
- Hand work to a colleague, or to a role, where it goes to whoever holds it with the least open work. Reminders and escalation if it stalls; finishing it completes your task.
Memory
Tell it once: "I prefer morning appointments." Your own facts are kept right away; anything your assistant suggests waits for you to accept it, and you can make it forget.
Find anything
Ask for "everything about the water heater" and get the note, the task and the person together. Your past AI conversations are searchable too.
- Your other computers, connected Coming soon
For whoever sets it up: under the hood, every capability is a typed command that AI assistants use through MCP, with clear errors, dry runs and safe retries. See Get started and the docs.
