The user guide ships with early access, alongside the source. Two things are always available from the command line itself:
me help
Every installed command and what it does; me <command> --help shows its flags and which are required. me help --json gives an assistant the whole tree in one call.
me skill print
The skill Me teaches your assistant: how to go from intent to result, what each outcome means, and the rules it must follow.
